De Plattekloof

De Plattekloof Lifestyle Estate, among the most exclusive new retirement estates in the Western Cape, secured R56 million in sales in the first 30 days after launch, with a total of 20 transactions during this period. In the 20 days after this a further R25 million in sales was secured, breaking the R80 million barrier in under 60 days.

 

The upmarket De Plattekloof Lifestyle Estate for the over-50s is a project of Arun Lifestyle, backed by Arun Holdings and Old Mutual.
