Widely considered as the “Oscars” of property the awards recognise the region’s leading property developers, architects, agents and interior designers and professionals from around the globe. The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA.
De Plattekloof Lifestyle Estate received an award for Residential Development South Africa. In addition the scheme secured another two awards for its website www.deplattekloof.co.za, which was created in partnership with Adlab Advertising (Pty) Ltd, these being the Developer Website South Africa Award, as well as the Five Star Award for Best Developer Website South Africa. De Plattekloof has now been nominated for the International Property Awards in the category Developer Website Africa. The overall International Property Awards to determine the world’s best in each category are to be held at the Savoy Hotel in London on 3 December 2018.
